How I think about the work
Good software starts by watching the work.
Most technology problems are not really technology problems. They are unclear handoffs, repeated steps, disconnected information, and tools that never matched the business in the first place.
I find that friction, then build the smallest clear system that removes it.

The result should be understandable, secure, and maintainable after launch, not a permanent mystery.
